This week I had my final appointment with Ms Hazari following breast reconstruction surgery. On every occasion that I met Ms Hazari I felt that I was her only patient such was her warmth, attention to detail and discussion regarding my care. Prior to surgery the procedure was explained in detail and my questions answered thoroughly. During my admission and surgery I could not have felt more safe and in the most experienced of hands as Ms Hazari is the consummate professional and clearly at the 'top of her game'. The outcome of the surgery exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled with the outcome. Overall, the most positive experience (brilliant in fact!) and I feel fortunate to have had Ms Hazari as my surgeon. Thank you.

I spent a year and a half visiting Miss Hazari for my investigations and also having discussions for my procedure and if it wasn’t for her many years experience, total honesty and trusting nature I don’t think I could have made the decision I did after all that time, which in the end was completely the right one for me. The way Miss Hazari made me well again has literally changed my life and I can’t thank her enough and couldn’t be happier with the result. I trust her with my life and would recommend her to anyone. Miss Hazari was very pleasant at my first consultation and took time to explain about my operation. On the day of my operation I saw Miss Hazari for less than 5 minutes while her team talked me through my operation and marked me for surgery and then I did not see Miss Hazari again until last week - 6 months later. My operation was successful and luckily there were no complications but I do feel that I did not establish any rapport with Miss Hazari as I hardly saw her.

I met Ms Hazari as I was referred to QVH to explore what kind of reconstruction to have after my mastectomy surgery. In all honesty, I didn't think it was a procedure I would end up going for, as it had a longer recovery period and more risks etc, but I wanted to get all the info in hand before I made my final decision. My partner and I had one meeting with Ms Hazari, and I immediately felt like I was in the hands of somebody competent, professional and experienced. Ms Hazari was able to answer all my questions ( and I had a fair few), with patience, and empathy. I never felt rushed in our appointments, and she had a warm and friendly manner. It was clear that Ms Hazari works to particularly high standards, and this comes from her commitment to the best results for her patients. I was really pleased with the results of the surgery. I felt like Ms Hazari had my back, and had my best interests at heart. I would recommend her to anyone as a straight talking, professional consultant, with a warm and friendly bedside manner.
